i got on itunes yesterday and it crashed. i have a mac book and i lost all my playlists and playcounts. how can i get it all back, they are still on my ipod

if they're still on your iPod you can get all back to iTunes Library, look for the first thread on "iPod and iTunes" section; there's the official "transfer your ipod library to your itunes library" thread
