She says her brother in Jordan has an iPhone, she told me in about February, (about a month after the iPhone was ANNOUNCED) so, i would just like solid proof that the iPhone is not out anywhere

Even IF her brother had an iPhone, which may be possible if that brother is a big investor or owner of a telephone company or Steve Jobs' buddy, he couldn't use it, because at&t and the 3G network are currently only up and running in the U.S.

Thank you, i told her something similar, and she is like, i swear, they are more technologically advanced in Jordan. i was like, "wow, a country gets a privilege that CEOs of Cellular carriers can't even get.."

also, i bet her $100 that her brother has no iPhone (she made a deal >:^P)

If s/he still insists that it is an iPhone, I can guarantee that it is a Korean/Chinese knock off/copy.
