Well with all the craziness with my dad going to the Hospital I forgot to tell u earlier.

I just added to my Apple collection an 80GB Black iPod.



Sweet ain't it. And I am also looking at the following case for it.

It says on their website its $25 but in the Apple Store online its only 15, so I can't go wrong there

That case looks neat, and slick and I trust Brenthaven now that I also have their Case for my precious MacBook and that Notebook Bag Rocks its like a Castle for my Mac

yeah man,

I need to get my Fat Butt back in the GYM and the iPod should be enuff motivation for now. and I think this case will be rock solid protection as well, don't u think?

Do u have any other recommendation for a good, rock solid case for my new iPod

As long as you don't get an extreme mac plastic case you should be cool. My assistant at work has en evo iSkin and its got a clip and looks like it'll keep scuffs and scratches off it. But its silicone and won't slide in your pocke too easy. Get a thing so you can jam out in your ride right away!! Also look into podcast!

I sorta agree with u iRye, but honestly after I handled it for about 5 mins I went nuts cleaning it. its a real fingerprint magnet, worse than the Black MacBook (which is what I have)

The cool part tho, Now I have all my gadgets in Black.

My Black MacBook, iPod and PSP.

Looks cool. Congrats! I agree on the black showing everything! I like the look of the bare iPod but agree the case will help keep it clean.

I had a case for my shuffle, and it was ok. I can understand 1 G shuffle cases. but not on anything else.

Congrats.. I did it the other way. I got a shuffle and a 60gig iPod ..Then two iMacs.....I should never have bought that shuffle

Thanks all,

I know I kinda did go all out with getting the 80GB, but I am in splurging mode lately so I went all out

I really have no regrets coz it works great and I love having my Tunes everywhere and I like to carry them around in style

I also got the Cable to play the Video out of the iPod to TV works Grrrreat. here is a pic and for $25 its a good deal
