I have a 40G iPod which I used to plug in via firewire. Now that I have a newer mac (iMac, 2.66Ghz), I have plugged it into my mac using USB 2.0 and the colored ball just sits and spins. It doesn't look like it's doing the gapless playback information thing. How long does it take before I have control over things again or is it just going to sit and spin.
QUOTE Thanks
