This week's top tunes - smart playlist?

I'd like a smart playlist that shows the songs I've played most often over the last seven days – this week's most popular tunes. Is this possible? I can see how to get my most played, or those I've played most recently, but I want "the last week's top tunes" to export to my website. Any ideas?
