Hi there!
I would like to know if is posssible to do all what Nike offers with the ipod nano with an ipod video.

Or if there is any program to download into the ipod video to make it work.

The nike kit has only been made to work with the nano. as far as I know there is no way to make it work with a ipod video.

The reason it was made for the Nano is it's flash memory. The video models have a hard drive and the bumps and bounces of running could take it's toll on the disk. The flash memory doesn't have this issue.
