Ipod game Lost

Hi, I bought the poker game off itunes a while ago, Since then I had to buy a new ipod due to a washing machine accident.

Any way i can get the game i purchased back?
or is it a one purchase one download deal : /?

You should be able to sync it wiht your new iPod by authorizing the game to be put on our new iPod. Have you tried to put it on yet and if so do you get a message saying you can't do it?

It was not on my pc for some reason,
I got a copy of the same game off a friend and tried to use my mac account to validate the purchase and it did not work.
