HELP!!!! i have done something wrong 
I was restoring my ipod on itunes (imac osx) and it the entire system got stuck. Couldn't get out so - I KNOW IT WAS A COCKUP - I disconnected the Ipod. Result: the ipod seems to work but it's completely empty; itunes works perfectly with all my library intact but when I connect the two itunes quits unexpectedly before I can see my ipod on it. I'm desperate, I resetted my ipod a few times, backed up my library and erased and reinstalled itunes but things don't get any better. What can I do PLS HELP!!
