I spend most of the day with my nano in my ears. It is usually in a zippered pocket. But today it wasn't zipped up and it fell into the toilet (fresh bowl, not too gross) anyway dove in after it. Seems to be working just fine think I got off lucky. Remember to do up the zipper. Also the Agent 18 case helped a lot.

extremely lucky, i would say

went out in the rain and had it in a jacket pocket
mere dampness got to the lcd, and it went to the
knackers yard. not worth getting fixed so replaced it
with a new one.

best regards

When I am not watching tv my nano is with me. I am hope all will remain fine. I worry a bit that something will happen later. I discovered something interesting, when thinking I would have to replace it, I had no desire to upgrade. The 8gig nano is still meeting my needs.

I've always found most iPods to be very solidly built (I say most because the 5G iPods look way too fragile). I remember my 3G iPod hitting the ground a million times and even ending up in the mud, yet still kicking to this day. My 4G iPod, though not as abused as my 3G, is also running quite well.

My Nano seems to withstand me rolling over it when I fall asleep listening to it, and since I'm a pretty big guy, I would have to say the Nano is a solid product as well :black:

My Nano lives in the Otterbox iPod case. It's waterproof & shock proof. No problems if it gets dropped in the gym, on the sidewalk or in the toilet. (That hasn't happened..and won't.)

GREAT case, I never worry about it.
