Is there a list of radio stations available otherwise then those LIMITED lists in the radio tab within itunes?

If you find a stream on the web, you can add the URL to itunes. See itunes help for how.

A lot of what comes pre-loaded in iTunes is available on shoutcast. You could have a look around there for more.

I primarily use live365 for my listening however...
