Auto-Fill a 1gb iPod Nano

How can I have it that every time I plug in my sister's iPod Nano to the computer, iTunes will automatically fill it up with a new random assortment of music? I know you can do it with the Shuffle, but I am having trouble with the Nano, any suggestions?

this talks about how to autofill a 20gb ipod but the process would be the same with any ipod that is not a shuffle..
