Yesterday, 12-25-2006 I Purchased this album. I was having trouble downloading it. (I'm guessing due to tons of people redeeming gift cards on itunes)

I managed to download 2 out of the 3 songs on the album. Today (12-26-2006) i try to redownload the album under shopping cart and it charged me for buying the album again.

Now Under My History of Purchases i see it did indeed charge me twice. Can you please help me out here?

This has happened to me. I'm certain you'll get your refund-- just make sure you follow up after a couple of days.

It certainly is possible. Once they confirm it was downloaded by the same user account twice, they would likely refund or credit appropirately.

It is a busy time of year, so give at least a week. I have done the same thing a couple times before, downloading things twice by mistake and I was reimbursed each time. No need to get antsy and start making demands.... patience is the key here.

You will get your money back, but just next time don't buy from the iTunes store. It sucks, and it's WAYYYY to expensive. An iPod game which is originally 10 years old cost $6.
