i could see that in 5 years maybe. They design new trends like these sometimes 10 or 15 years before they're manufactured and released.

it seems a bit big. over the years apple has done a good job makin their ipods smaller and smaller.. I doubt they would do something like that.

Looks like a pack of cigarettes with a screen on it. I don't think I like it. Interesting idea though.

I'm wondering how much power the projector would have. Also, can you imagine iTunes downloaded video content blown up on a 65 inch screen on a wall?

Nice idea though.

I've watched older iTunes video content (320x240) on a 62 inch TV. It's surprisingly good quality for the size.

Because of the 'free' anti-aliasing you get on a TV?

I have found that later iTunes content has more artifacting than previously. Season 2 of Battlestar Galactica looks a lot cleaner than Seaon 3, for example.

Pretty neat! But being this as it is, I doubt it will be a valid prototype. I don't think consumers are going to want it to be bulky and I'm not quite sure what to think of the projector. I can only imagine the price on that thing if it were to be. I like the idea of how they incorporated the video idea already, but I hate to say it really shouldn't be called an "mp3 player" because it is more then that obviously. Anyway, pretty cool idea, can't wait to see more designs.
