Hello, I bought an iPod video not too long ago, and just rescently tried to put videos on it. I put them into itunes, and then click "convert for iPod", and when they get converted, there is no sound. What is the problem and how can I fix it?

Also, I cannot put videos into iTunes that are not .mov, how can I fix that? or is there a program I can download to convert them quickly?

Thanks alot in advance,

Oz
