Partial iPod Sync

I was previously using a Windows box and iTunes to sync my ipod. I have my music stored on a windows server and shared out as "music". When I switched my iPod over to my iBook it will only sync my music up to the artists begining with S. I also get messeges when syncing that it will not copy _________ because it can not find it. What can I do to resolve this?

Re-add the music to your iTunes Library. The alert indicates that iTunes has lost track of where some of the songs are...
