Good morning all. I shall start with a short story.
I have a mac installed with Tiger and decided to start a new user account. After doing so I wanted to import all the songs from my old user account to this account. To do this I copied the iTunes music folder to the Public folder and went into my new account, opened iTunes, chose "Add to library.." etc. The problem is: All the songs have cloned (copied) themselves. This means that I have two of each song with the second of the two ending with "1.mp3" Is there some sort of way I can delete just the copied songs, using a app like Automator or do I have to deal each of the 2000 songs manually. Any help would be appreciated to the max. |
