Any idea why the ipod prices in Canada have drop by 10 to 20 dollars?

I think it is because the Canadian dollar is still doing so good right now. It might also be because of the U2 iPod that was released the same day that is now the same price as the regular iPod used to be.

It may be more than that. I am located in Texas, and several of our local stores are suddenly offering discounts on iPods... makes me wonder if Apple has quietly implemented new pricing, perhaps in preparation for a new model of iPod?

I heard that they were lowering prices in U.K. but i didn't know they were in Canada. Maybe because they are introducing a new iPod like people said above.
