Convert M4A files

Just been given an Mp3 player (Not iPod) byt is doesnt play any m4a/mpeg4 files, can I get any free converters to convert files to MP3 and if so can you point me in the right direction. Thanks |

OPen iTunes and then from the menu select iTunes-> Preferences. Under the advanced tab select importing and there you can change the default codec it uses when importing cd's. Select Mp3 encoder and click ok. Now mark your aac/mp4 songs and from the Advanced menu select convert to mp3. |
