iTunes can do it for you:
OPen iTunes and then from the menu select iTunes-> Preferences. Under the advanced tab select importing and there you can change the default codec it uses when importing cd's. Select Mp3 encoder and click ok. Now mark your aac/mp4 songs and from the Advanced menu select convert to mp3. |
