I'd like to play my ipod nano through the old car radio cassette in my Kangoo. Amazon sell quite a few cassette tapes with a jack link specifically for MP3 players, which vary in price from about 2 to 10 and presumably more at say Maplins.

So I'm wondering if this linking method - a cassette jack link - works OK? And if it does, given the big price difference, is one brand of cassette better than another?

I've also got a Pure dock which I use with my hi fi amp and my digital radio line in and I'm wondering if it will work in the car if I plug the cassette tape jack into that?

Thanks.

Meant to say I bought the Phillips tape connector and my ipod now plays in the car via the Pure dock and the radio. Great - thanks Chas
