I'm wanting to partition my Mini (4GB) in to two partitions, one ~3GB and one ~1GB.
If I were to do this, could I reformat it back to normal later? Also, in DiskUtility, it says under the partitioning part of the menu, "Install OS9 disk drivers? To create a disk that can be used as an OS9 startup disk, select this option." Does this mean I could load OS9 onto my iPod and boot into it? I'm on a computer that shouldn't be able to boot OS9 (FW800 Powerbook), but this has me wondering. Thanks for any help. I try to Command+Shift+/ when I can. You wouldn't be able to still play music. For iTunes to recognize it it would require you to Restore the iPod to the normal partitions/format
Don't forget to use the new User Reputation System |
