Cannot update iPod with Updater.

Member Since: Apr 21, 2004 Location: San Francisco, California Posts: 173 Mac Specs: 15" 2.2Ghz SR MBP	01-11-2006, 09:26 PM My iPod decided to competely weird on me, and giving me the file with exclemation point symbol. I try hooking it up to my computer to restore it, but it doesn't seem to recognize it. I have a windows XP PC. Is there any way just to clear the hard drive and then restore it? Thanks.
