Is it possible to use your new video iPod with out mac os x 10.3.9?

Can we still use our iPods without having the mac os x 10.3.9? If we have mac os x 10.2 can we still use it or not? :headphone

Mac Specs: Macbook, iMac G5, iPad, iPhone 4, iPod (MANY)!

Unfortunately, you're right. You'll only be able to use the video iPod on Mac OS X v10.3.9 or later. Looks like it goes the same for the nano and the shuffle also.
