ipod touch keeps coming up with no wifi

my ipod keeps saying 'no wifi' and it is i grey so i cant even click onto the wifi to try and connect it with any other wifi networks.
i have restored around 4-5 times and it hasnt made a difference. i have also tried to switch my ipod off and the wifi rooter off and back on again and it just hasnt made a difference. can someone help and tell me what i need to do? and do i need a new ipod?

Get a warranty replacement sounds like the wireless card is going out on it.
