I purchased an iPod Nano a few days after its initial announcement with a little regret. The regret I have is there isn't anyway to take quick notes or store someones phone number I just met without coming back to my computer. Am I right about that? Does anyone offer a method of text input for the ipod or am I nuts? I figured since we can use ipods for so many other things someone would have found a way to input data on them.

You could get a Griffin iTalk and record messages onto it orally, but that's all that I know of. Anything else would require you to sync to a computer (IE using your iPod as a hard drive to store documents).
'cause when it rains, you know it pours. |
