What app for IPAD is like Maildroid on the andoid system?

i recently got a IPAD for work and i got a android phone that i use for my work email which is Maildroid on the android market...im woundering what app would be to the same use on the apple market as mailldroid is the onlly email client that will work for my work email.?

I'm guessing most people here may not exactly know what functionality Maildroid has. I had to look it up since I've never used it.

It might help if you let us know what features you are looking for and why Apple Mail (which comes with all iPads) doesn't satisfy your mail client needs.
