When I subscribe to a podcast it does the usual and takes me to the podcast menu in my iTunes as normal. I get the sync symbol spining for a bit then after a while an exclimation mark apears. When I click on it is says that "an unknown error occured (500)" What does this mean? It aslo tells me to check the URL but I can't exactly see this being wrong as I haven't changed any of the settings. This happens everytime I try to subscribe so I don’t think that its me that’s the problem.

Anyone got any ideas on how to make it work?

First, is your itune up to date. There have bee some problems.

It sounds like the feed you are trying to access is broken. (did you subscribe through itunes or enter the feed into the "add podcast" section. To check the feed, paste it into the address bar of safari and see if the rss page comes up.

Very weird, did you try and copy the rss feed into the browser and check if the feed is active? The other option would be to use ipodder lemon (free) and it will sync with itunes.

Dumb question so no offence, can you connect to the music store, can itunes access the internet?
