Shared Library Question

My mom has a laptop and an iPod but since her laptop is pretty old it doesnt have any firewire ports. She also doesnt have an iPod that uses the usb. But what I was wondering is that she always has to copy all of her CDs and things onto my dads desktop computer so she can put them onto her iPod. I also have it set up so her iTunes is shared over our wireless network. Is there a way I can make it so we can drag and drop songs from her shared library to her iPod on my dads computer?
