Using Handbrake to rip DVD for iPod Video

I did another blurb on my blog on how to get Video for your iPod Video which I want to paste here but it won't work as it has all the images.
Have a look:

Hopefully it is useful. Comments here on how it goes as I know alot of people are probably playing around with other sizes and formats.

This works great, I've been using it for about a week now.

I'm still running 10.2.8 and you're not even supposed to be able to put videos on the iPod with that OS according to the iPod manual......
