Hey guys.

My ipod is now stuck in a permanent crash cycle. It only can get as far as the apple bootlogo, and safe mode isnt working. What are my options left?

Welcome to Mac-Forums DaAsianBeast

Sounds like your best option is to try to restore it from DFU mode, DFU mode is explained here: iPhoneFreakz _ All The Latest And Greatest iPhone News Howto DFU mode/Recover your iPhone/iPod

Hope this helps
