I have a 4th Gen iPod. I have mp4 video files that I'm transferring over. I've set poster frames for all (play movie in new window, set Poster Frame). I can see the correct frame in the movie library. I can see the correct frame in the iPod itself as listed in iTunes. HOWEVER, when I go to the video button on the iPod, and look at the list, it's random frames. Some are the set frames, some aren't.
I need to have my set poster frames as my 2 and 4 year olds like to watch movies and can't read yet. Any advice? It's incredibly frustrating. I keep setting and re-setting, clearing the iPod library and re-transferring movies to no avail. Thanks. |

Bumping, hoping for an answer.
I changed the video files in the iTunes library to .m4v hoping this will do the trick. Unfortunately, I don't know how to "refresh" the library so it reflects this. My iPod still has the old videos on there. I changed a few titles so I know this. And the poster frames still aren't transferring. Anyone have a clue? |
