Ipod nano voice over help!!!

I have an ipod nano, the little square one with a camera. I bought it JUST before the brand new generation hit stores.

My issue is that lately when I've been running the music ducks down and a voice over comes on and starts reciting the names of all of the podcasts and other items in my ipod. It continues all the way through my entire library and then starts again on a loop.

I understand you can activate the voice overs and it causes your ipod to operate differently but I havent activated any of those settings, AND i've restored my ipod back to factory settings twice!

Anybody else with the same problem that can offer some insight? Is it just broken, and that I need to ship it in via warranty for a replacement or is this a human error which I can fix?

again... simply, i'll be listening, and a voice will come over the music, start talking, reciting all of my library titles, and she wont shut up! Even if I restore - it seems to work for a while and then it happens again! virus???
