I was wandering if anyone has heard of a update to the ipod that would enable it to play local radio talk shows. I listen to a lot of talk radio and was bummed to find out it doesn't have a radio feature.

Well, there is no tuner available for the iPod, so you can't dial in a station.
You can, however, download podcasts to it and listen to those. More and more radio stations are releasing their talk radio shows as podcasts, so you just might be able to find a show you are looking for in the ITMS Podcast directory. Just subscribe to it and update your iPod when you download them. :headphone
