I just downloaded the 4.1 software update for my 2nd gen ipod touch, and tried to use game center but i cant create an account, i type in my itunes account email and password then it asks for my country and date of birth, so i enter my country, then date of birth, then its asks for country again and just keeps on cycling between country and my age wanting me to keep on entering them so i cant move to the next stage or whatever =[
Any help would be appreciated

Try power cycling the device and try again
