ipod touch restore stuck! help?

my ipod has been acting weird lately so i am restoring it. it got to 95% finished fairly fast(5 mins) and now its been stuck at 95% for about 3 hours? what do i do?

What's the latest on it? If it is still stuck, try the following:

Push and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time. Resets the iPod. Then try the restore again.

well it just happened again, im restoring it cuz im selling it and want to delete all my settings. its stuck at about 95% just like last time
