iPod says No Music after sync HELP

I just had to replace the HD on my iMac and did a full restore from Time Machine and all my stuff was recovered, but now when I sync my iPod, it says theres no music on it. I tried restoring my ipod and resetting it but to avail. HELP.

You need to go to the Music tab and place a check there to sync your music. It is not checked by default.

Nope. I actually had to completely uninstall and remove iTunes and re-install.
