iTunes 4.8- Playing Video?????

I am trying to get the newly released iTunes 4.8 to play video(like Appleinsider does). I saw the images on the net of the new version, playing video. How do I play this video?

My computer tells me that the videos I have tryed are in MPEG-3 format. I am useing Windows XP(my other computer is a Mac).

Why oh why won't it play.*cry's*

It plays .mov files you just add them to your library and double click them the will play in the panel for album art that can be adjusted to play in another window if the prefs.
