I want to buy an iPod Mini, but I have a quick question first.
I have a brand new iBook G4 12", and a Shuttle XPC running Windows XP on my desktop.
While I'm at school I just use my desktop, but when I go home to my parents house in Seattle or fly I use my iBook.
I have the latest iTunes installed on both my Windows desktop and the iBook.

My question is, can I load songs onto the iPod from either machine at any time or does it only support one host computer like Palm Pilots?

I plan on using the Windows Desktop as the primary computer, as it has the most songs, but I might occasionaly want to add a song using the iBook while on the road.

Yea, just format it ast FAT32 so that both your Windows PC and iBoom can read/write to it. What a coincidence. We both basically have the same setup and nearly exactly the same thread, with mine just below yours....

note unless you have identical copies of your music on both machines you will have to set it to manually manage your playlists.

Just be ware!

This was a side comment, I know, but it's incorrect. I sync my Tungsten E to two different Windows machines and my iBook.
