Ipod... mini I think. About 18 months old.
I was going out with my gf and I took my ipod because bus journey's can get dull. I put it in the same pocket as my wallet - can't have it with keys incase I scratch it. - Took out my wallet and the ipod feel about 3 feet from my pocket to the floor. I heard a bang, I wasn't concerned, iPods are built for stuff like this. I got home, fired it up and there are grey vertical lines running down the screen. Not cracks, I think something came loose. I did what a normal person would do. A drop broke it, a drop will fix it. I threw it on some carpet hoping to shake something back into place but alas, still have these annoying lines. Everything else works. Ideas? |

It sounds like the screen is damaged. Are lines present in every menu option? If so, is sure sounds like the screen has been damaged.
