iPod - Bluetooth and Multiple Headsets

Does anyone know if it is possible to listen to the same ipod/iphone with multiple bluetooth headsets at the same time?

My goal is to allow myself and several friends to be able to listen to the same music while we all ride our bikes, and was hoping bluetooth might be a means to doing this.

I saw that sony and a few other companies have bluetooth transmitters that clip into ipods and iphones, but I cannot seem to find any information on whether multiple headsets can be used at once.

If anyone has any information on this, or alternate ways to accomplish the same result, I'd appreciate it.

I would also like to know if this is possible. I'm leaning towards it being a no but it's worth a shot for others feedback lol!
