iPod Touch - How to let Shazam work with my ipod touch?

I try to get this app work with my touch. I connect my own headset/speaker with touch but it always said could not find any sound inputs.
What's wrong? Someone helps me ..

Are you using the Apple Stereo Headset with the mic?

I use my normal headset which works on my skype. Do I need a specific "Apple Stereo Headset"?

It says on the Shazam application download page in the app store:

"iPod Touch users need to attach the Apple Stereo Headset and hold the small mic towards the music for Shazam to tag the track."

I believe its referring to the Headset that comes with the iPhone, which includes the mic. So I'm guessing your Skype Headset isnt going to work...

I friend just told me he can use normal headset to work with skype on ipod touch. I will try ...

Solution is ...I need to buy an Apple Stereo Headset to fit my Shazam...right?
