I recently purchased a 4th Gen iPod 20Gb from eBay, but it has a large error. Its serial number is JQ440NJJPS9, and its model number is A1059 (If thats any help to anyone).
The iPod won't charge - I have connected it to my Windows PC, but all I get on the iPod is a fixed lightening bolt over a battery. I have left it charging for 12 hours straight, but there has been no improvement. I have tried toggling the lock switch, and I've held Menu & Select buttons down together for 10 seconds aswell - It seems to respond to this as the screen goes blank, and then back to the low power Charging screen. Can anyone shed some light on it? |
