Which mic adapter do you use for your nano 4G? Do you like it?

I've been using a cowon U3 for a couple of years now, which has a built in mic, but I'm thinking of getting a nano next.

I'd use it for recording lectures / podcasts mostly, but I'd like it to have a external mic jack so I could use it with a wired mic. Stereo? Do some of them do Stero?

I saw one that looks good called Micromemo for the 2G, but I don't know if it's compatable with the 4G.
