I have a MacMini with OS X. I have one of the original iPod shuffles (2002) and wanted to pass it along to our son. I bought the new little one, so I'm set. Seems silly to waste the other one. Problem is, my computer can no longer see the old shuffle, which is what prompted the purchase of the new. The problem started before we bought and connected the new one, so that's not it.
I've gone through the 5 R's. I have it in a pure USB port - not a hub. Still doesn't show in iTunes, doesn't show on the computer. Any suggestions? Thank you. |
