I want to know what the rules are from Apple in regard to transferring personal songs from my hard drive (ie songs copied from albums or limewire).
How can I transfer them do I need to change my iTunes account? I saw the thread about the transfer but I wonder how many computer I can have on the iTunes account. I had a PC and switched to a MACBOOK and I got a few ?'s Thanks iSchwinnJim Last edited by iSchwinnJim; 09-29-2008 at 07:05 PM. |

You can authorize up to five computers to play music purchased from iTunes, and as far as limewire & your own cd's are concerned, well they belong to you so you can do with them as you wish. My son has his iTunes set up with his own username, etc., but I can send him music I have purchased, providing I provide him with the password to authorize it.
