So I got ahold of this ipod and found out it dont work... I connected it to a dock I have to charge it and it gives me the sad ipod face thing... I also tried connecting it to my mac and it gave me just a low battery warning. I am charging it now but I do not think that will help anything. I can't send it in to hp so what is there that I can do? Any mac/windows fixes i can do? Help please! thanks!
