iPod - Converting MOV files with WAV audio for iPod Nano, Help please!

OK so I was trying to convert some quicktime MOV files with iSquint for my iPod Nano and I get the error because it has WAV audio, does anyone know a good converter software (preferably free) that will convert files like this for me?

Have a look at ffmpegx or visual hub

Thanks but I tried both of them and niether one was able to convert a mov file with wav audio. Any other ideas? Thanks again.
