What's my best bet for a decent case? I had the slip case that used to come with the 3gs and liked the concept of it becaues it covered everything...
But they're $40 and I don't think I want to spend that much...

the socks are horrible, there's another thread with a link for a picture of them, just go to your room, open your drawer pull out a pair of socks and throw your iPod in there. same concept. I think they're hideous, if you desperately want a skin i suggest the exo skin, or iSkin type of thing.. that way it still reveals the iPod somewhat, but still prevents scratching/damage.
