iPod - how to disable itunes from loading when windows starts?

i don't want it to load up when i turn on my pc. how do i disable it?

Mac Specs: iMac 17" 1Ghz G4  iPhone 3G  10.5.5

In the iTunes window you should see a ipod icon - click it and you'll see the options/preferences window "manually manage..., automatically update..." etc and there should be a box which you can click if you want itunes to start up or not when you plug in the ipod.
