OK heres the deal, my 60 GB ipod video died, so i went to my parents house & enlisted the services of my old 15GB G3 ipod. I plug it into my laptop & it recognizes it & I update the software & when it restarts there is a pic on the screen saying I need to plug in the dock connector, I do so it starts up them it dies again. & says the same thing, could it be I need to get the firewire cable, will it not work w/ USB? any idea how to fix this Thanks folks
