I am using my ipod touch as a pda, however I am unable to find a search function for the address book.

I sure I am missing something, how do I search the address book using an ipod touch?

Thanks Antony

You don't, you simply scroll through it. If you hold your finger down the right side, you'll see an alphabet pop up. Scroll through that to get to certain letters quicker.

I know the address book is sorted alphabetically, and that you can scroll through the alphabet on the side,
but what if someone had 400 contacts under each letter.

I think it is crazy that the ability to search contacts is non-existent.
Hopefully the next iPhone update will include this.
